Canada is noted worldwide for its quality of education at both the secondary (K-12) and post-secondary (Universities and Colleges) levels. At the same time, there is an increasing demand for North American (particularly Canadian) educational programs throughout the world – predominantly in developing countries. While there are many provincial departments, schools, and institutions interested in pursuing international partnerships, these institutions recognize that the process to find quality partners and maintaining relationships and quality assurance is a long and expensive proposition, fraught with risks.
